Second-row seats oscillate.

I have experienced shaking in the second-row seats of my 2022 Denali truck at speeds exceeding 35/40 mph on multiple occasions. The dealer attributed the issue to an imbalance and performed rotations and balancing, which did not resolve the problem. Now, they propose to repeat the rotation and balancing, but intend to charge me, despite the truck having less than 9,000 miles. I contended that they have already attempted this remedy and I should not incur additional costs for an ineffective solution. The dealership consented to do the service at no cost. They then informed me that the issue was resolved. However, when retrieving the vehicle, the same problem persists. Is anybody else experiencing similar seat vibrations?

I am experiencing the same issue. Have you ever discovered a resolution? I own 21 suburban vehicles; the second row has significant vibrations, despite new tires and a balanced wheel force, which have yielded no improvement. The third row and front row are functioning well, but the second row continues to shake intensely.

I can perceive a rattling sound when the chairs are unoccupied. Infrequent, since it is our family vehicle, although it does occur.

My dealership is ineffective; on my previous visit, they suggested a potential tire problem after requesting payment for an additional rotation and balance. I proposed that if the issue pertained to the tires, they should be replaced under warranty. The service technician and manager insisted that I should contact the tire manufacturer. I contended that the tires are covered by GM, as explicitly stated in the owner's manual, and I presented the relevant page. They adamantly claimed I was mistaken and advised me to reach out to the manufacturer. I found their response amusing and departed. I have initiated a case with GM, but their assistance has proven largely ineffective. I will not purchase another GM product; with this issue and persistent water leaks, I am very dissatisfied. I am frustrated with the lack of resolution and regret spending over $80,000 on this subpar vehicle. The subsequent step is to consult a lawyer on the lemon law.
