kirksey The problem with the transfer case electric motor has become very bothersome. Consequently, the dealership has procured an aftermarket motor and has the capability to accurately program it to the module using its "star" scan tool/laptop. My only desire is to get the issue resolved.
kirksey NEGATIVE The low gear indicator is blinking, and the transmission will not engage until the light ceases to flash. The dealership informed me that the transfer case motor requires replacement and programming to the module.
IcePhreak Have you attempted the fuse reset method used by this individual? To determine whether you can engage the transmission.
BlueiCE I believe that occurs if they are improperly put, based on my recollection. The motor seems to be operational and requires proper installation. I have never had mine programmed after its replacement.
kirksey It is nonfunctional. This repair is included by my extended warranty; thus, I will let the dealership to proceed with the necessary work, and my extended warranty will cover the expenses.
