Disassembled switch, featuring the upper cover on the left, the primary switch centrally located, ball bearings and rocker plates at the top, and two springs positioned at the bottom right. The two springs are associated with the top cover.
To disassemble, the top cover has a little protrusion on each side that fits into the main switch, which contains two corresponding holes at these positions. Maintain the switch in an upright position while detaching the two halves. Subsequently, you may use long-nose pliers or tweezers to extract the two ball bearings and rocker plates, which measure around 4mm in width and 10mm in length. Once they are securely set aside, you may detach the two springs from the top switch cover and start the cleaning process. After cleaning the contacts and internal components, you may proceed to reinstall the rocker plates and ball bearings. A groove is provided for the rocker plate to sit in, ensuring little error in placement. Subsequently, position the bearing inside the designated area as seen in the image below. After reinstalling the springs to the top switch cover, proceed to reinstall this component, ensuring the correct orientation of the LED light is maintained.
