Greetings once again. To clarify the problem, the 2-3 upshift sometimes fails, resulting in a momentary shift to neutral before engaging 4th gear, followed by clanking and grinding noises. Occurs around every 100 shifts. Replaced all three shift solenoids and the clutch actuator solenoid with authentic dealer components. Utilising the factory tool to execute fundamental configurations has yielded no success, and no fault codes are shown. Fields 65 and 66 in basic setting group 2 display "end stop shift gate" values, all of which are within specifications but at the lower limit, except for the third, which is around 25 points below the range tolerance. I dislike conjecturing, but it seems to be a shift fork problem as previously indicated. The sporadic nature of the recurrence is what perplexes me. I would appreciate any explanation on the seeming randomness, provided I do have a shift fork problem. I will be removing and dismantling the gearbox. I run a store and prefer not to reserve a lift for extended periods. I realise is tough to estimate exactly what I will need, but I'd want to attempt to have as much on hand as possible. Assistance would be very appreciated. These topics are not that difficult but appears knowledge and market experience is scarce. I also own the OEM handbook. Thank you!
